EvenFit makes a good fit for health nuts who want to keep up on their wellness and workout stats. Nevertheless, it’s not the easiest program to learn. A step-by-step wizard guides you through the process of adding a new user, but once you’re done with that, you won’t find a guide for getting started. The main window offers tabs for workouts, templates, a wellness tracker, and a calendar. Workouts and templates fall into predetermined exercise categories, so if your sport of choice doesn’t include weights, cardio, running, swimming, or biking, you’ll have to get creative.
Templates provide a useful way to capture common exercise routines and instantly populate new workout forms. You can chart your wellness and workout stats over time, which is a nice touch, but you’ll have to figure out how to calculate heart rate and body mass index on your own. Despite the time and patience it requires on the front end, EvenFit is a solid application for storing and tracking your fitness routine.
